By accessing or using our website at www.magiseventrentals.com (the "Site") or engaging our rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
1. Services Overview
Magis Event Rentals Inc. provides event furniture rental services, including chairs and tables, with delivery, setup, and post-event takedown. Our services are designed for professional event planners, decorators, corporate event teams, churches, schools, community organizations, and venues operating in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
2. Quote Requests and Bookings
Submitting a quote request through our Site does not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are confirmed only after Magis Event Rentals has reviewed your request, provided a written quote, and received your signed rental agreement and required deposit. Rental terms, pricing, delivery details, and payment terms are governed by the separate Magis Event Rentals Rental Agreement provided at the time of booking.
3. Pricing and Payment
All pricing provided through our Site or in quote responses is subject to change and does not constitute a binding offer until a formal rental agreement is executed. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, payment deadlines, and accepted payment methods, are outlined in the rental agreement provided with each booking.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are governed by the Magis Event Rentals Rental Agreement. In general:
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event date may receive a full refund of the deposit
Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the event date may be subject to a partial forfeiture of the deposit
Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before the event date may result in full forfeiture of the deposit
Specific cancellation terms are confirmed in your signed rental agreement and take precedence over this general summary.
5. Equipment Care and Damage
Rental equipment remains the property of Magis Event Rentals Inc. at all times. The client is responsible for the care and protection of all rented equipment from the time of delivery through the time of pickup. Any equipment returned damaged, broken, stained, or missing will be assessed, and the client will be invoiced for the cost of repair or replacement as outlined in the rental agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Magis Event Rentals Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our Site or services, including but not limited to event cancellations, delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, or damages resulting from the use of rented equipment. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific rental order in question.
7. Force Majeure
Magis Event Rentals shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations when such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government orders, labor disputes, pandemics, road closures, or other events of force majeure.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Magis Event Rentals Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
9. Website Disclaimer
The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or the information contained on it. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
